In this workshop, participants will be able to learn:
- There is power in sharing our stories of our culture
- In this workshop, participants should be willing to share more about who they are, what they like, their perspectives on the world, their challenges and other items they are comfortable sharing to each other
- In breakout rooms, Bold Culture moderators will facilitate a open cultural sharing circle where participants are encouraged to share their stories in a safe, non-recorded space
- Leave understanding a little more about your colleagues as a way to strengthen our own perspectives and empathy (which are key tools to reducing bias)
