In this workshop, participants will be able to learn:
- There’s no I in team and there’s no “me” in community
- With this approach in mind, participants will work together to solve real-world briefs (based on their industry) and each team member within the experience will have a role. All team members must participate to advance through to the next stage of the workshop.
- Participants will leave with an understanding of their colleagues working styles, how to use inclusive communication to complete difficult tasks and the importance of working as a team and not in silos
