Bold Culture worked with the leading retail and outdoor recreation services corporation, on a multi-service engagement to increase the level of inclusive marketing understanding and execution across the entire marketing and production divisions of the company. We conducted a qualitative research and policy assessment service to understand over 30 departments’ processes, policies and procedures on a day-to-day level and their manager’s thoughts on how the company can improve its DEIB practices internally and externally. Bold Culture used this research to ideate the top short and long-term improvement focus areas for the marketing and production departments. We then conducted a joint learning and development session on inclusive marketing practices from strategy to distribution (available for old and new hires for up to one year) and ended the engagement with a bespoke inclusion production practices guidebook for the production team to use on a daily basis.
