Bold Culture Launches Multicultural Consumer & Talent Development Insights Platform ‘Culture Hub’

Brooklyn, NY – Bold Culture, a multicultural communications firm, announced a new insights platform “Culture Hub,” a subscriber-based media-tech platform that provides data-driven and contextual multicultural insights to marketing, media, advertising, and technology practitioners. Culture Hub will include consumer intelligence and talent recruitment/retention insights around the Black, Latinx and LGBTQ+ communities and subscriptions are available now. 

In response to years-long conversations with various marketing strategists, creative teams, talent managers and recruiters, Bold Culture built Culture Hub to help guide day-to-day actions of individuals who are looking to build a more authentic understanding of the audiences who are becoming the majority of consumers in the U.S, with an expansive global influence. 

The platform is an extension of Bold Culture’s previously released print/digital reports “The Black Paper” (2018) and “La Mosaica Latinx” (2019). The new digital hub is home to  continuously-updated insights and includes thematic print editions that house exclusive studies only available to subscribers. “The focus will remain on highlighting the nuances and subcultures within diverse cultures,” said Bold Culture’s founder and CEO, Darren Martin Jr.  


“We’ve spent the last two years discussing the deep issues within the communication-tech space and the common thread among these industries is a lack of sustained representation within companies, lack of cultural awareness tools to facilitate change outside of general diversity workshops and a need for more inclusive insights that show the totality of a community,” Martin said. “Our response at the time was insight reports like The Black Paper and La Mosaica Latinx, knowing the larger mission was to provide a platform like Culture Hub where these conversations and actionable insights can turn into more strategic inclusion strategies for consumer campaigns and internal talent management.”

Content will be broken into three categories to separate consumer and talent insights. Categories include: Consumer Impact, Culture & Community and Industry Representation & Solutions.
